During my enlistment in the Army, I received a diagnosis of osteoarthritis. After trying standard medical protocols my doctor recommended that I try yoga. That recommendation and a recommitment to my faith transformed my life and opened the door to healing mind, body, and spirit.

Since completing my first training in 2010, Ive been showing others how to use mindfulness and faith to reduce stress, relieve pain, increase flexibility and mobility, and get mentally clear on the mat.

I am registered with the National Yoga Alliance, E-RYT-200, and Ive completed training in Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for Pain Relief, Trauma-Informed Yoga, iRest® Level 1 teacher informed by the teachings of Dr. Richard Miller and iRest Institute, Restorative Yoga for Race-Based Traumatic Stress Injury informed by the teachings of Dr. Gail Parker, and Christian & Biblical meditation informed by the teachings of Dr. K.D Weaver and the Sleeping with God Meditation Center.

MindBody FAITH is a faith-based wellness community providing mindfulness practices for those living with arthritis and chronic pain.

The MindBody FAITH app includes:

ON-DEMAND LIBRARY
Offering 100+ on-demand wellness sessions ranging from yoga and meditation to breathwork, wellness education, and spiritual practices.

MINDBODY FAITH (MBF) GATHERINGS
MBF will gather online to share testimonies, practice yoga and meditation, journal, and pray. All sessions will be recorded and added to the on-demand library.

MONTHLY PLANS
